Tyler Gordon's practice largely consists of civil defense and mass tort litigation, with a principled focus on product liability law.

In May of 2020, Tyler obtained his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law. While in law school, Tyler earned two CALI awards and was a recipient of the WVU Law Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. Tyler served as the WVU Law representative to the West Virginia State Bar's Young Lawyers Section and was a member of Moot Court. Also, while in law school, Tyler competed in the Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway at the Big Ten Football Championship Game in Indianapolis, Indiana, ultimately winning $100,000 in tuition.

Prior to attending WVU Law, Tyler earned his Bachelor of Arts and graduated summa cum laude from Concord University, where he received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Legal Studies, International Relations, History, and Political Science, and was awarded the 2017 Legal Studies Student of the Year Award. Tyler also served two years on Concord's National Mock Trial Team.
